On May 12 Judge Milne of the BC Provincial Court sitting in North Vancouver found former Coast Mountain transit operator, Christopher Heward , not guilty of a charge of Dangerous Driving.
This case was a very important one as it involved a complaint of alleged road rage from a cyclist. Judge Milne accepted Mark’s arguments that the driving involved did not support a criminal conviction.
