Qualifications:
- 6+ years of family law litigation experience
- Juris Doctor or LLB from an accredited law school
- Member of the Law Society of British Columbia, in good standing
- Ability to manage a large caseload and run a file from beginning to end
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
- Strong drafting and research skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Team orientated
While compensation is commensurate with experience, the expected remuneration for candidates with the required experience is expected to be $125,000 – $185,000 +.
