Biography

Pauntehah Poursaba provides tailored guidance to clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and real estate law.  

Taking a client-centric approach to the practice of law, Pauntehah provides personalized and strategic advice to help her clients navigate both simple and complex legal matters with confidence. With a passion for helping people, and a background in business and marketing, Pauntehah appreciates the importance of helping clients achieve their objectives – no matter what they may be.  

Pauntehah integrates her previous business experience into the practice of law, providing her with the ability to analyze and understand each client’s specific needs and provide them with tailored, practical, and easy-to-understand advice to achieve their goals.   

Born and raised on the North Shore, Pauntehah is fluent in French, spoken Farsi, and English. Prior to completing her law degree at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, Pauntehah obtained a bachelor’s degree with distinction in business administration and an advanced diploma in marketing from Capilano University. During her undergraduate degree, Pauntehah led a team of seven to finish 2nd overall in a marketing competition against 365 schools across North America. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Pauntehah worked in the areas of digital communications and social media marketing, gaining skills that she now entwines into her legal practice. Pauntehah joined North Shore Law LLP as an associate in 2024 after articling with the firm.   

Outside of the office, Pauntehah enjoys reading, baking, spending time with friends and family, and drinking copious amounts of coffee while exploring Vancouver’s ever-evolving cafes and food scene. Although she’s hung up her boots, Pauntehah can often be found watching rugby at the Capilano Rugby Club where she still serves as an executive member.
